Member of Loyalty to Resistance bloc, MP Hasan Ezzeddine, stated that the Israeli enemy’s nature is rooted in crime, killing, and destruction, without distinguishing between civilians and military personnel. He emphasized that the enemy’s actions in Gaza are a testament to its brutality, and that it treats people as mere numbers, much like US President Donald Trump.
Ezzeddine condemned the attack on the southern suburbs of Beirut, calling it an aggression and a crime against Lebanon and its people, not just against Hezbollah and the resistance leadership. He noted that the enemy’s actions are often carried out with American approval and support.
He warned that if the enemy succeeds in destroying Lebanon’s ability to defend itself, it will lead to an invasion of the country, as part of the “Greater Israel” expansion project.
Ezzeddine emphasized that the resistance is a fundamental pillar of Lebanon’s strength and protection, and that it will continue to defend the country.
Regarding the parliamentary elections, Ezzeddine reaffirmed Hezbollah and Amal Movement’s commitment to participating in the elections, and dismissed attempts to delay or cancel them. He challenged those questioning their popularity, citing a recent poll showing that 60% of Lebanese oppose disarming the resistance, including 96% of Shia Muslims.
He emphasized that the resistance is deeply rooted in the country and will continue on the path of defending Lebanon and liberating Jerusalem.
