It posts online all the outlet production of news and programs in the English language as well as its own production of featured reports and applications in a unique harmony that manages to mold the Resistance ideology in a virtual form to reach everyone who is interested in prevailing truth, humanity and justice, so that together we can make a change in this world.
SCOPE
Al-Manar English Website is primarily concerned in keeping pace with the leading events in the Arab region against the invaders and occupiers, particularly the actions of Resistance movements, at the fore front: the Palestinian cause.
MISSION
Al-Manar English Website targets Arabs and Muslims in a unifying and open-minded speech that is based on the values of faith, knowledge, morals, human dignity, dialogue and cooperation among the followers of divine religions. And – praise is to Allah – we managed within a short period of time to attract a wide audience of browsers and to be the “pioneer” Arab virtual media outlet that is inspired by credibility and visibility.
Amid the misinformation practiced by several media outlets in Middle East and abroad, Al-Manar Website finds a duty to shed the light upon the rightful causes of the region in order to unmask the reality and spread the truth, and for this purpose, we are pledged to mobilize the Ummah against the arrogant powers, the Zionist project, and the extremist groups who spare no effort in preventing the construction of a unified and stable nation.
Being an electronic media outlet that is concerned in the affairs of the oppressed people, we believe it is our responsibility to put a distinct plan that reflects the pulse of the street and the nation’s central and just causes, taking into account the public taste and keeping abreast of technological developments.

BACKGROUND
Launched in 2000, Al-Manar Website was a main tool in keeping up with the victories of the Lebanese Resistance of Hezbollah and the Zionist entity’s crimes before and during its withdrawal from Lebanon in May 2000 and its brutal war on the country in July 2006, especially in countries where Al-Manar frequencies are blocked or unreachable.
Al-Manar Website showed a model of media steadfastness in facing the Zionist terrorism and was the alternative interface during the numerous emerging challenges Al-Manar Channel faced, including France’s resolution to block its broadcast, the US resolution to blacklist it, and the Zionist war crime by bombing its headquarters in July 2006 war.
