Resistance groups of the Axis of Resistance offered condolences over martyrdom of Hezbollah senior commander Haitham Al-Tabtabai, pledging to continue the path of confronting oppression.
In statements resistance groups across Palestine, Iraq and Yemeni offered full support to Hezbollah Lebanese resistance, conveying condolences over martyrdom of the top commander who was targeted in an Israeli strike on Beirut southern suburb, Dahiyeh, on Sunday.
Iraq’s Harakat Al-Nujabaa
Islamic Resistance – Harakat Al-Nujabaa of Iraq said the attack “reflects the malign nature of the Zionist project in the region—built upon undermining stability and targeting societies and their leaders who refuse to submit to its domination.”
The Iraqi resistance group renewed full support for the Lebanese people, Lebanese Army and Hezbollah, stressing that the Lebanese resistance group “constitutes a fundamental pillar of the Lebanese national equation and a prominent voice in defending Lebanon’s sovereignty and the rights of its citizens.”
Al-Qassam
For its part, Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas Palestinian resistance group, stated it commended “the role of the martyr leader ‘Sayyed Abu Ali’ in supporting the Palestinian people and their Resistance during Al-Aqsa Flood Battle,”
Al-Qassam also recalled Al-Tabtabai’s “significant contributions in building and strengthening the Resistance front against the Israeli occupation over many years.”
Islamic Jihad
Meanwhile, Islamic Jihad Palestinian resistance group extended “warmest and sincerest” condolences to Hezbollah Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem.
“We affirm that the policy of assassinations the enemy seeks to impose in Lebanon, Gaza, and the occupied West Bank is yet another testament to the savagery of the usurping entity and to its inability to achieve decisive outcomes despite two years of crimes, massacres, and genocidal aggression across multiple fronts,” the Islamic Jihad stated.
It affirmed that Israeli “bloody policies will never weaken the Resistance, but will only reinforce its adherence to the rights of its peoples—foremost among them the right to resist aggression.”
In a separate statement, Al-Quds Brigades, the Islamic Jihad’s armed wing, reaffirmed “its pledge to continue on the Path to Al-Quds,” and to persist in “struggle and defense of Palestine and its sanctities until every inch of its land is liberated from the defilement of the usurping Zionists.”
Yemen’s Ansarullah
On the other hand, Yemen’s Ansarullah revolutionary group offered “sincere condolences—with immense pride and reverence” to Sheikh Qassem.
“We affirm that the Zionist entity, through its treacherous and cowardly crime, will never break the will of the Resistance, nor weaken its resolve. Rather, such sacrifices only strengthen it with greater power and determination.”
