The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Lebanon has condemned the Israeli airstrike on Beirut’s southern suburbs, which resulted in a number of martyrs and wounded, describing it as part of the “escalating criminal attacks targeting innocent civilians in Lebanon.”
In a statement on the X platform, the embassy asserted that the aggression bears “the clear signature of the Israeli occupation, which does not hesitate to threaten civilians.” It emphasized that “these cowardly attacks will not diminish the resolve of those who are in the right, nor will they weaken their unwavering will to confront injustice.”
