The political advisor to President Nabih Berri, MP Ali Hasan Khalil, met in Tehran with the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Ali Larijani. They discussed developments in the region, Israeli aggression against Lebanon, and repeated violations of the ceasefire agreement by Israel.

Khalil also met with the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, where he conveyed greetings from President Berri and discussed parliamentary cooperation between Lebanon and Iran.

Additionally, MP Khalil held a meeting with the Iranian Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, and discussed the situation in Lebanon and bilateral relations.
