Israeli occupation military on Saturday went ahead with attacks on the Gaza Strip, in another test of the shaky US-brokered ceasefire.
At least five Palestinian civilians were martyred in Israeli gunfire and shelling over the past 24 hours, Palestinian media reported, citing hospitals across the besieged strip.
Bodies of 17 martyrs were also recovered from the rubble in the last 24 hours, according to Gaza hospitals.

Al-Jazeera reported that Israeli occupation forces have carried out a series of overnight attacks in the Strip despite the ongoing ceasefire.
The attacks included air raids to the east of southern Khan Younis, and explosions targeting residential homes near eastern Gaza City.
Elsewhere in Al-Bureij refugee camp, an Israeli quadcopter fired bombs on areas to the east of the camp.
The occupation forces also blew up residential areas to the east of Al-Bureij and to the east of Gaza City.
Gaza has been under Israeli attacks for a fourth day. The occupation army launched late on Tuesday its deadliest strikes since US President Donald Trump announced the ceasefire earlier this month. The strikes killed more than 100 Palestinians, at least 66 of them were women and children.
