On the first anniversary of 2024 Israeli ware on Lebanon, the Islamic Resistance Military Media started issuing an episodic documentary that highlights the various aspects of the Battle of the Formidable in Might.
Hezbollah Military Media affirmed that the series would not be just a presentation of events, but a historical document. Through daily episodes, it records the heroism of men who, with their blood and steadfastness, inscribed shining chapters in the history of resistance.
Battle of the Formidable in Might is the story of those who were never defeated, but who, with their blood, forged a memory of glory and immortality that will remain alive.
Day 36| Monday, October 28, 2024
In response to the Israeli aggression and in defense of Lebanon and its people, the Islamic Resistance carried out 33 military operations on Monday, October 28, 2024. Most of these operations targeted Israeli settlements, sites, barracks, and troop concentrations along the Lebanese-Palestinian border, using rockets, artillery shells, and explosive drones.
In the context of ground confrontations, resistance fighters ambushed an Israeli infantry force supported by several military vehicles that were attempting to advance towards Tel Nahas near the town of Kfar Kila. When the force reached the ambush point, the fighters attacked them with machine guns and rockets, causing two vehicles to burn and resulting in casualties among the soldiers.
The resistance also targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers east of the town of Aytaroun with a large explosive drone, causing confirmed hits. Meanwhile, a Merkava tank was targeted by a guided missile while it was moving in the Al-Hammam area south of the town of Al-Khiyam, causing it to burn and resulting in casualties among its crew.
The rocket force in the resistance launched rocket salvoes at several military bases, settlements, and cities in northern occupied Palestine, including the “Meron” air surveillance base and the settlements of “Nahariya”, “Rosh Pinna”, and “Meron”.
As part of the “Kheibar” operations series, the rocket force in the resistance targeted the “Stella Maris” naval base north of Haifa with precision-guided missiles.
The air force in the resistance targeted the “Yodfat” military industries company southeast of Acre with an explosive drone that hit its target precisely. They also launched a drone attack on gatherings of soldiers and military vehicles in the settlements of “Zar’it” and “Al-Manara”, and in the “Kfar Giladi” crusher, hitting their targets with precision.
In response, Israeli media reported an explosion of a drone in the “Kfar Blum” area in the Galilee Panhandle without sirens being activated. The Israeli army announced that the number of casualties in its ranks since the start of the ground incursion in southern Lebanon had risen to 494 injuries.
Meanwhile, a military analyst in the Israeli newspaper “Israel Today” warned against “political euphoria” inside Israel, pointing out that Hezbollah has not been defeated yet despite the severe blows.
Siren blasts were heard 29 times in various areas of northern occupied Palestine, particularly in the settlements of the Galilee Panhandle, the Western Galilee, and along the coastal strip from Ras al-Naqoura to Haifa.
