In a statement, the Civil Defense explained that three bodies and 15 wounded individuals from the Abu Sabt and Sahmoud families were recovered after a residential building in the Bani Suheila area, east of Khan Yunis, was bombed at approximately 4:00 AM (02:00 GMT).
In a separate operation, Civil Defense teams—after coordinating with the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA)—were able to reach the entrance of the Juhr ad-Dik area in the central Gaza Strip. They rescued the wounded Mohammed Jamal Ghatas, 40, and transported him to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.

These latest casualties come after 28 Palestinians were killed last Wednesday, including 17 children and women, in addition to dozens wounded, as a result of the ongoing bombardment by the Israeli occupation army on Gaza City and Khan Yunis. This constitutes a clear violation of the ceasefire agreement that went into effect on October 10th.
