Israeli occupation forces (IOF) detained multiple Palestinian citizens. Local sources reported that the IOF broke into the home of al-Khalil City mayor Tayseer Abu Sneina, ransacked the property, and kidnapped him. Similar operations unfolded across several provinces, with citizens taken from their homes in Yatta, Qalqilya, Ramallah, Jenin, Bethlehem, Tulkarem, and Nablus. In Tulkarem’s Bal’ah town, soldiers also bulldozed streets, causing significant damage to infrastructure.

The Israeli raids turned violently destructive in the town of Tamun, south of Tubas, where IOF gunfire injured five members of the same family, including children. Eyewitnesses reported Israeli soldiers opening fire on a civilian vehicle. The Palestinian Red Crescent confirmed one victim sustained a head wound and that its ambulance crew was also targeted with live fire while attempting to reach the injured. An Israeli special unit was reported to have surrounded a house in the town amid heavy gunfire.

Settler Mobs Rampage
Extremist settler groups launched coordinated attacks on Palestinian citizens and property. In al-Khalil, a horde of settlers from the “Asfar” settlement set fire to vast swaths of agricultural land in Wadi Sa’ir, destroying grapevines and olive groves. In other incidents, settlers assaulted farmers in Beit Ummar to prevent them from reaching their land, a settler vehicle ran over and injured a Palestinian child near Samu, and another group attacked citizens guarding their land in Sinjil town north of Ramallah.
