on the 448th day of the Israeli aggression on Gaza, the Palestinian resistance has struck back against the Israeli occupation forces, even as the latter continue their brutal attacks on hospitals and civilians in the besieged territory.
Israeli occupation forces stormed Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahiya, northern Gaza, once again on Friday morning, forcing patients, the wounded, and medical staff to leave and arresting others.

The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced that one of its fighters carried out a suicide bombing against an enemy force of 5 Israeli soldiers east of Jabalia camp in northern Gaza, killing and wounding them. The Al-Qassam Brigades also reported sniping two soldiers from the rescue force that advanced towards Tel al-Zaatar and showering them with Israeli-made hand grenades.
Concurrently, the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, announced that it had destroyed an enemy military vehicle with a barrel bomb during its incursion south of the Al-Awda Towers in Beit Hanoun in northern Gaza. The Martyr Omar Al-Qassem Forces also reported shelling an occupation army command and control headquarters in the Netzarim axis in central Gaza with mortar shells.
These qualitative strikes by the resistance come as the occupation continues its brutal aggression and siege in the north, with the latest development being the burning of the Kamal Adwan Hospital by the Israeli occupation forces. This follows the earlier bombing of the hospital’s surroundings by Israeli aircraft in the Beit Lahia project, after storming it earlier today.

Upon storming the hospital, the occupation issued evacuation orders for the 350 people inside, including 75 injured and sick, their companions, and 180 medical staff and workers. This comes as the enemy also detonated robots around the Al-Awda Hospital, resulting in the injury of the hospital director and 6 medical staff.

The occupation’s bombardment has also resulted in the death of a doctor working at the Gaza European Hospital due to the severe cold, as well as the martyrdom of 12 Palestinians in hostile raids on several areas in the Strip since dawn today. Two more martyrs were recovered by medical teams from the Abu Al-Ajeen area east of Deir Al-Balah in central Gaza.

The death toll has risen to 45,399 citizens, and the number of injuries has reached 107,940, while medical teams have been unable to rescue thousands from under the rubble. For the 84th consecutive day, northern Gaza has been under Israeli siege and starvation amidst violent aerial and artillery bombardment, and the complete isolation of the northern governorate from Gaza. For the 64th day, the occupation forces continue to forcibly disrupt the work of civil defense in the northern Gaza Strip due to the ongoing Israeli targeting and aggression.

The resistance has condemned the occupation’s targeting of Gaza’s hospitals as a war crime, calling on the international community to take action and stop the ongoing aggression and genocide in the Strip. Meanwhile, the families of the Zionist prisoners held by the Palestinian resistance have called for demonstrations tomorrow to demand a deal that guarantees the return of all prisoners.
