Recalling the 2024 war log, Hezbollah’s Military Media on Friday unveiled new details from the fifty-eighth day of the Israeli offensive against Lebanon. During this phase, Resistance fighters intensified their ground and cross-border operations, marking significant advances amid the ongoing Israeli assault.
These revelations form part of the “Formidable in Might” documentary series—an episodic production by Hezbollah’s Military Media that chronicles the daily progression of the conflict.
More than a simple chronicle, the series serves as a historical testament to endurance and sacrifice, portraying the stories of men who, through their blood and resilience, inscribed enduring chapters of valor in the annals of the resistance.
Marking the fifty-eighth day of the war, Hezbollah’s Military Media also outlined the Islamic Resistance’s operations conducted on Tuesday, November 19, 2024.
In a sweeping retaliation to ongoing Israeli attacks and in defense of Lebanon and its people, the Islamic Resistance on Tuesday, 19 November 2024, carried out 34 military operations targeting Israeli settlements, positions, barracks, and troop concentrations along the Lebanon–Palestine frontier, using a combination of rockets and artillery fire.
On the ground, Resistance fighters monitored an Israeli occupation force entering a house on the eastern outskirts of Maroun Al-Ras in southern Lebanon. The fighters struck the unit with a guided missile, leaving its members killed or wounded.
Later, Resistance fighters detected another Israeli infantry force maneuvering in the Wadi Hounin area near the eastern outskirts of Markaba. They hit the force with a guided missile, inflicting confirmed casualties. When a second Israeli infantry team arrived to evacuate the wounded, it too was struck by a guided missile, sustaining additional confirmed casualties.
A third Israeli unit attempting to retrieve its dead and wounded was similarly targeted, leaving further casualties.
Hezbollah’s fighters also repeatedly shelled gatherings and movements of Israeli occupation forces around Khiam and Maroun Al-Ras with volleys of rockets, achieving confirmed hits.
The Resistance’s rocket units launched further salvos at multiple military bases, settlements, and cities across northern occupied Palestine, including a training base for the Paratroopers Brigade in Karmiel; the Kiryot area north of occupied Haifa;the occupied city of Safed; and the settlements of Ga’aton, Ma’alot–Tarshiha, and Goren.
As part of the ongoing “Khaybar” operation series, the Islamic Resistance targeted the Glilot base, headquarters of the Israeli enemy’s elite military intelligence Unit 8200, located 110 km from the Lebanon–Palestine border in the “Tel Aviv” outskirts, with a salvo of precision rockets.
In the same context, the Resistance’s air wing launched a coordinated attack using a swarm of strike drones on Beit Lid base, which houses training facilities for the Nahal and Paratroopers brigades, located 90 km from the border east of Netanya, as well as on Ramat David Air Base, home to several fighter squadrons southeast of occupied Haifa. The drones hit their targets with accuracy.
A second drone attack targeted the Eilit base, the newly established command headquarters of Israel’s Galilee Division (Division 91), west of the settlement of Eilit HaShahar, and struck an Israeli force deployed at the Amra Gate on the southern outskirts of Khiam. All designated targets were hit precisely.
Israeli media, meanwhile, reported that Hezbollah struck a Golani Brigade unit with an armed drone during a logistical operation in southern Lebanon, killing one soldier and seriously wounding three others.
Throughout the day, air-raid sirens were activated 22 times across occupied Palestine, particularly in the settlements of Upper and Lower Galilee and along the coastal strip from Ras al-Naqoura in the north to the outskirts of Tel Aviv in the south.
