Local media reported that a total of 27 martyrs, including many innocent children, were rushed to Nasser Hospital in the aftermath of the bombing. The Gaza Media Office confirmed the staggering death toll, denouncing the ongoing violence perpetrated by “Israel” against helpless Palestinian civilians.

In addition to the massacre at the school in Abasan, east of Khan Younis, the Israeli airstrikes targeted central Gaza, leading to more casualties and injuries.
