In implementation of a Russian-brokered deal, all the terrorists in eastern Qalamoun in Damascus countryside are scheduled to be moved into the two northern cities if Idlib and Jarablos.
According to the deal, the terrorists also hand over their heavy weapons to the Syrian army.
