The Israeli occupation’s war on the Gaza Strip continues for the second consecutive year, now in its 715th day, leaving behind an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe of killing, destruction, displacement, and systematic starvation of the civilian population.

These massacres have resulted in tens of thousands of deaths and injuries, in addition to thousands of missing persons trapped under the rubble or detained in Israeli prisons under the policy of “enforced disappearance.”

In its daily report, the Ministry of Health confirmed that the death toll from the aggression since October 7, 2023, has reached 65,174 martyrs and 166,071 wounded. Since March 18, 2025 alone, 12,622 martyrs and more than 54,030 wounded have been reported. The Ministry indicated that many victims remain under the rubble and in the streets, unable to be reached by ambulances and civil defense teams due to the intensity of the bombing. Regarding the “livelihood” martyrs, the Ministry of Health stated that hospitals received one martyr and 17 wounded in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of these victims to 2,514 and more than 18,431 wounded since the beginning of the war.

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) also noted that 28,000 cases of severe malnutrition were recorded among children under the age of five in Gaza during the months of July and August, reflecting the scale of the health catastrophe facing the Strip.

On the ground, the occupying forces continued their bloody attacks over the past few hours, with airstrikes targeting the home of the “Al-Jamla” family in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in eastern Gaza, and another targeting the electricity company in Nuseirat in the central Gaza Strip. Airstrikes also bombed the vicinity of the Islamic University in southwest Gaza, in addition to an airstrike on the Al-Katiba area in Khan Yunis.
In another attack, six displaced persons were wounded following an airstrike that targeted a tent sheltering them near the Islamic University. Two martyrs and others were wounded following the bombing of the Al-Mu’tasim School, where displaced persons had taken refuge near the Yarmouk Stadium in Gaza City.

The dawn hours witnessed artillery shelling and gunfire from Israeli occupation military vehicles in the north and south of Gaza City. Quadcopters also launched indiscriminate fire in the western area of the Italian compound, while helicopters opened heavy fire northwest of the city. Artillery also fired illumination bombs north of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.
