Major General Amir Hatami, the commander-in-chief of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army, said threats from the enemy is not considered over.
Speaking at a meeting with senior army commanders, Hatami said the Israeli regime, under the illusion that it could harm the Islamic system, had devised numerous plots—only to realize it had made a strategic miscalculation.
During the 12-day imposed war, the Iranian people witnessed a glimpse of the Israeli regime’s crimes and brutality, he added.
Hatami emphasized that Iranians are well acquainted with this adversary. “Over the past two years in Gaza, and throughout the miserable, less-than-80-year long life of this criminal regime, Iran has repeatedly seen its savagery and barbarism in invading other countries, he noted.
Despite the loss of commanders, scientists, and civilians during this imposed war, Iran emerged victorious in this unequal confrontation, he said.
Iran’s missile and drone power remains strong and ready for action, he stressed.
Iran will now proceed with even greater determination in defense industries, science, technology, and all other fields – just as it continued attacking the enemy until the last moment before the ceasefire was imposed on the enemy, he said.
The determination, unity, and coordination among people, the Armed Forces, and officials on the battlefield were unbelievable to the enemies, Hatami said.
