Palestinian sources have detailed a grim escalation, reporting that eleven citizens were martyred by occupation fire and raids since dawn on Thursday, including a woman and others wounded in an Israeli helicopter raid on the al-Ghoul family home in al-Bureij refugee camp, and Karim Hassan al-Sarraj among those killed in a bombardment near the Abu Rasas roundabout in central Gaza.

The sources announced that “many wounded people waiting for aid were evacuated northwest of Gaza, as a result of an attack by the Israeli occupation forces.” They continued, “Two citizens were martyred and three others were injured when the occupation targeted a tent near the Legislative Council west of Gaza City.” They continued, “Three people, including a child and an infant, were killed when the Israeli occupation targeted a house in the Al-Ahly Club area in Nuseirat, central Gaza Strip. A citizen was also killed when the Israeli occupation targeted a house in Al-Bureij refugee camp, central Gaza Strip.”

Further incidents include the detonation of booby-trapped robots in Gaza City’s Shuja’iyya neighborhood, the killing of two citizens and injury of three others in a targeted tent near the Legislative Council west of Gaza City, and the deaths of three individuals—including a child and an infant—in a strike on a house in Nuseirat, alongside another fatality in al-Bureij camp.
Additionally, three martyrs were killed and others injured by Israeli artillery shelling near Qastal Towers, east of Deir al-Balah, while occupation aircraft simultaneously launched a raid alongside the demolition of residential buildings north of Khan Yunis.
The death toll from Israel’s persistent starvation of the population is likely to rise in the coming days or weeks. Yesterday alone, four children died from malnutrition. Entire families in Gaza are going days without food.

With unwavering American support, Israeli occupation forces are waging a genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, which has so far left more than 59,219 martyrs, 143,045 wounded with varying degrees of severity, more than 11,000 missing, and a famine that has claimed the lives of dozens. Meanwhile, more than two million Palestinians are living in conditions of forced displacement amidst widespread destruction.
