Hezbollah went ahead with pro-Gaza strikes against Israeli border sites, with the Israeli occupation army failing on Monday to intercept drones dispatched by the Lebanese resistance group.
Hezbollah’s military Media announced on Monday that the Islamic Resistance fighters launched an aerial operation using assault drones that targeted the positions of the Israeli enemy soldiers south of Metula.
“The attack hit their positions and their stationing points, destroyed their vehicles, damaged them, and inflicted casualties among Israeli soldiers,” the statement released by Hezbollah Military Media read.
Israeli media confirmed the drone strike on Metula, with Israeli Channel 13 saying two Israeli soldiers were seriously injured during the attack.
Other Israeli media outlets reported that two soldiers were killed and another was wounded in the strike
Israeli Army Radio said the occupation army failed to intercept Hezbollah UAV over Metula.

The drone strike on Metula was the second attack on Monday, few hours earlier, Hezbollah’s Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the Israeli occupation army’s 210th Division in occupied Golan Golan with tens of Katyusha rockets.
The statement said that the strike in Golan was “in support of our resilient Palestinian people in Gaza and backing their courageous and honorable resistance, and in response to the enemy’s aggression targeting the Bekaa region.”
Al-Manar correspondent in Bekaa reported that Israeli warplanes launched a strike before dawn on Monday on a factory in Bekaa’s Sifri, wounding three civilians and destroying the building.

A third statement, issued by Hezbollah military media, mentioned that the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the technical equipment at Hadab Yarin site with appropriate weapons, causing direct hits.
Meanwhile on Monday, Hezbollah Military Media released a video showing the Islamic Resistance’s operation targeting Kiryat Shmona settlement in northern occupied Palestine. The strike, which took place earlier on Sunday, employed Katyusha and Falaq rockets.
Commenting on the strikes carried out by Hezbollah, former Israeli Northern Command Chief of Staff Brig.-Gen. Asher Ben Lulu was quoted by Israeli media as saying that Hezbollah’s greatest achievement since its establishment was the withdrawal of the Israeli army from Lebanon in 2000.
He added that second most important achievement secured by the Lebanese resistance group Hezbollah is the evacuations in the northern front.
In this context, the Israeli commander added that the Zionist entity “must change its reactionary policy.”
