Iranian interior minister on Saturday announced the final results of the country’s Presidential elections, pronouncing that Ebrahim Raeisi has won the elections gaining 17,926,345 votes.

In a statement on Saturday, Interior Minister Rahmani Fazli announced the final result of the presidential election.
Out of 59,310,307 people who were eligible to vote 28,933,004 participated in the election, accounting for 48.8 percent of the total number.
Raeisi won the elections with 17,926,345 votes (61.95 percent), he added.
Mohsen Rezaei and Abdolnaser Hemamti gained 3,412,712, and 2,427,201 votes, respectively, Rahmani Fazli said, as quoted by Mehr news agency.
Amirhossein Ghazizadeh Hashemi won 999,718 votes, the minister said.
