Suicide bombers struck two areas of the Iraqi capital on Monday, killing at least ten people, security and medical officials said.
In the deadliest attack, a bomber targeted a market in the Amil neighborhood in southern Baghdad, killing at least six people and wounding 16 or more.
Another bomber detonated explosives near a garage for taxis and buses and a tent providing refreshments to passersby as part of a Shiite religious ritual, killing at least four people and wounding at least 11.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attacks, but the ISIL Takfiris group carries out frequent attacks.
ISIL overran large areas north and west of Baghdad in 2014. Iraqi forces, backed by volunteer fighters, have been engaged in fierce clashes with the Takfiris, and they have managed to liberate large areas from the insurgents.
