The Israeli enemy escalated its attacks on South Lebanon, in the context of the ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement based on the UN Security Council Resolution 1701.
In this context, the Israeli enemy carried out air raids on three residential buildings in Aita Al-Jabal, Teir Debba, Zawtar Al-Sharqiya, Kfardounin and Al-Taybe, South Lebanon.
According to media reports, the Israeli air raids left one injury in Teir Debba in addition to massive damage.
The Israeli enemy had launched several air raids on the outskirts of Tura town, South Lebanon, leaving one martyr and eight injuries.
Israeli drones targeted Aitaroun border town, South Lebanon, according to Al-Manar reporter.
A Zionist glider dropped a bomb on Ras Naqoura coast, knowing that the enemy drones continued roaming the skies of South Lebanon and Beirut.
Lebanese President General Joseph Aoun affirmed that what Israel did in southern Lebanon constitutes a fully-fledged crime, not only according to the provisions of international humanitarian law, which criminalizes targeting, terrorizing, and forcing civilians to flee their homes, but also a heinous political crime.

The Lebanese Army Command condemned reprehensible Israeli attacks, affirming that they are a continuation of the enemy’s destructive approach, aimed at undermining Lebanon’s stability, expanding the devastation in the south, perpetuating the war, and maintaining the threat against the Lebanese people.
“Furthermore, the attacks are intended to prevent the army from completing its deployment in accordance with the cessation of hostilities agreement.”

UNIFIL confirmed that the Israeli enemy’s air raids on southern Lebanon constitute a clear violation of UN Security Council Resolution 1701.
