Day 39| Thursday, October 31, 2024
In response to the Israeli aggression and in defense of Lebanon and its people, the Islamic Resistance carried out 25 military operations on Thursday, October 31, 2024. These operations targeted settlements, sites, barracks, and concentrations of Israeli forces at the Lebanese-Palestinian border, using drones, missiles, and artillery shells.
On the ground front, the mujahide of the Islamic Resistance continued their heroic resistance to the Israeli forces’ attempts to advance towards the town of Khiam. After precise monitoring of the enemy’s gatherings on the outskirts of the town, the mujahideen targeted them with rocket and artillery fire, achieving confirmed hits.
The rocket force in the resistance bombarded a gathering of Israeli forces in the Al-Kuakh area north of the Ramot Naftali settlement with precision rockets. They also targeted the “Kriot” area north of Haifa, warehouses in the “Yarka” area east of Acre, and the “Karmiel” settlement with large rocket barrages.
The air defense unit in the resistance intercepted an Israeli reconnaissance plane over the western sector and forced it to leave Lebanese airspace.
In a statement, the Islamic Resistance Operations Room confirmed that despite the enemy’s surveillance, the resistance continues to launch hundreds of rocket barrages daily towards enemy positions, even deep into the enemy’s territory.
Meanwhile, Israeli media reported that several officers and soldiers were killed or wounded in the “Metula” settlement due to rockets launched by Hezbollah. Israeli sources indicated that eight people were killed and several wounded due to Hezbollah’s rocket launch. The Israeli army announced that 11 soldiers were injured in 24 hours due to clashes with Hezbollah.
Sirens were sounded 18 times in various areas of occupied Palestine, concentrated in the Galilee Panhandle, the Upper Galilee, and along the coastal plain from Rosh Hanikra to Haifa.
