The Israeli genocide in Gaza proceeds as the occupation army is pressing ahead with what it calls the “initial steps” of its offensive in Gaza City, with dozens martyred and many others injured amid harsh humanitarian conditions and tough famine.
Medical sources in hospitals across the besieged Strip said 35 people have been martyred on Saturday. The number included 4 aid seekers and 20 in the Gaza City. Other martyrs were reported in the central area of Nuseirat refugee camp and in Khan Younis, Palestinian media reported.

The Zionist occupation has killed at least 63,025 people and wounded 159,490 in its war on Gaza.
For his part, the head of the international Red Cross denounced Israeli plans for a mass evacuation of Gaza City ahead of the offensive, insisting there was no way it could be done safely.
“It is impossible that a mass evacuation of Gaza City could ever be done in a way that is safe and dignified under the current conditions,” International Committee of the Red Cross president Mirjana Spoljaric said in a statement, describing the evacuation plan as “not only unfeasible but incomprehensible.”
Hunger in Gaza
Meanwhile on Saturday, Gaza’s Health Ministry has recorded 10 deaths due to famine and malnutrition in the past 24 hours.
It said that the number “brings the total number of hunger-related deaths since the war began in Gaza to 332, including 124 children.”

On the other hand, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) said Israeli ban on humanitarian aid into Gaza “must be lifted”.
In a post on X, the agency said it had warehouses full of aid to bring into Gaza, where a global hunger monitor confirmed last week that famine was occurring.
