Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) issued on Monday a statement to announce a powerful and destructive attack on Al Udeid US air base in Qatar.
In response to the flagrant military aggression by the criminal American regime against the peaceful nuclear facilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran—and its blatant violation of international law—and upon the directives of the Supreme National Security Council and the leadership of the Central Headquarters of Khatam al-Anbiya (peace be upon him), the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, under its sacred idol, Abu Abdullah Al-Hussein (peace be upon him), has launched a powerful and devastating missile attack on Al-Udeid Base in Qatar as part of Operation “Glad Tidings of Victory”, the statement read.
The statement added that this base serves as the headquarters of the U.S. Air Force and is the largest strategic asset of the terrorist American military in West Asia.
According to the statement, the message of this decisive action, carried out by the sons of the nation in the armed forces, is clear and direct to the White House and its allies: “The Islamic Republic of Iran—relying on Almighty Allah and on its faithful and great Islamic Iranian people—will never leave any aggression against its territorial integrity, sovereignty, or national security unanswered, under any circumstances.”
“The American enemy’s aggression has made it clear to the entire world that Zionist evil is merely an extension of the American plan. Accordingly, we remind all that American bases and mobile military targets in the region are not strengths in this national defense landscape, but rather critical weak points and thorns in the side of this war-driven regime.”
On the eve of the sacred month of Muharram, the month of mourning for the Leader of Martyrs, our master Abu Abdullah Al-Hussein (peace be upon him), IRGC once again warn the enemies of Islamic Iran:
The era of one-sided confrontations has ended. The determined will of our strong and people-supported armed forces dictates that any renewed evil will accelerate the collapse of the American military establishment in the region, trigger its disgraceful retreat from West Asia, and fulfill the shared aspiration of the Islamic Ummah and the free peoples of the world—to uproot the Zionist cancerous entity.
It is worth noting the sirens blared at the US bases in Iraq, Kuwait and Bahrain as several Iranian missiles hit Al Udeid US Air Base in Qatar.
