US President Donald Trump arrived in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, on Tuesday for a Gulf tour that includes the UAE and Qatar.
This is Trump’s first foreign diplomatic trip during his second term.

Accompanied by a high-powered delegation of American business leaders, including Tesla CEO and advisor Elon Musk, Trump’s trip begins in Riyadh for the Saudi-US Investment Forum and will continue in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.

Trump’s presidential plane, Air Force One, landed in Riyadh this morning, escorted by Saudi F-15 fighter jets before landing.
Trump had previously described his visit to the Middle East as “historic,” emphasizing his commitment to preserving the safety of Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, and other countries.
Tomorrow, Wednesday, Trump will join the leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries for the fifth Gulf-US summit in Riyadh.
