Rebuilding Begins Despite Damage
The mayor of Yaroun confirmed to Al-Manar TV that despite the enemy’s destruction of the municipality building and facilities, they will do whatever is available to facilitate the entry of residents into the town. Al-Manar’s camera also monitored the residents of Mays al-Jabal entering on foot.
Staggered Reentry to Ensure Safety
The residents of the towns of Blida and Muhaibib agreed to enter their villages at nine o’clock in the morning today. As for the residents of the town of Adaisseh, they were waiting at the entrance to their town so that they could cross into its square, after the Lebanese army asked them to wait before entering until its engineering teams finished their surveying operations, following the enemy’s execution of a number of explosions at night.
Residents Camp at Town Entrances
The people of Kfar Kila spent the night at the entrance to the town so that they could cross behind the Lebanese army. The mayor of Kfar Kila, Mr. Hassan Sheet, confirmed that they are waiting for the army to announce the zero point in order to enter the town safely.
The Israeli occupation forces had withdrawn at dawn from the villages and towns they had occupied in the south, while maintaining their presence at five main points along the border. The Lebanese army began to deploy in the villages of Blida, Mays al-Jabal, and Markaba.

At midnight, the Lebanese army completed its deployment in the liberated towns, and teams from the engineering and public works regiments began removing earthen barriers and clearing the main roads of unexploded ordnance and shells. UNIFIL forces also patrolled those villages and set up several points alongside the Lebanese army.
Delayed Reentry to Allow for Clearing Operations
The municipalities of Burj al-Muluk, Houla, and Mays al-Jabal also called on citizens to “postpone their entry into the town until tomorrow, Wednesday, to allow the Lebanese army’s vehicles to work on surveying the lands from which the enemy had withdrawn, and to preserve their safety.”
