After Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah addressed, in his latest speech, the Kurds in Syria, a positive Kurdish reaction was realized in this context.
Al-Manar Website interviewed the Syrian politician Rayzan Hiddo who stressed that Sayyed Nasrallah’s advice were honest and sincere, knowing that Hezbollah leader called on the Kurds in Syria to avert betting on any US role and to hold negotiations with the government instead.
Hiddo, the former spokesman of the Kurdish People’s Protection Units, emphasized that the US intentions have always been negative in approaching the Kurdish situation, mentioning a number of examples which prove this view.
Hiddo said that the US alliance with Turkey allowed the latter to occupy Afrin, adding that the US & Israeli intelligence agencies arrested the Kurdish leader Abdollah Ocalan in 1999 and handed him over to to the Turkish authorities.
Rayzan Hiddo expressed his hopes that the Kurdish leaders abide by Sayyed Nasrallah’s advice in order to be able to liberate Afrin and regain the dignity of the Kurds.
