An Israeli drone strike targeted the town of Maifadoun in the Nabatieh district of southern Lebanon, according to Al-Manar’s correspondent in the region. The Lebanese Public Health Emergency Operations Center reported that a Syrian national sustained minor injuries in the attack.

Shelling Targets Border Areas
Israeli artillery also shelled areas opposite the Hermon military post, located on the southwestern outskirts of the border town of Yaroun.
Earlier, Israeli occupation forces launched incendiary shells at the outskirts of Beit Lif, firing from a military position atop Mount Blat.
Surveillance Activity in the Bekaa
In a related development, Israeli reconnaissance drones have been flying continuously over the city of Baalbek and surrounding areas in Lebanon’s eastern Bekaa Valley since early morning, according to local reports.
Ongoing Violations of Lebanese Sovereignty
These attacks mark yet another violation of Lebanese sovereignty by Israeli occupation forces amid ongoing cross-border escalation. Lebanese authorities and resistance groups have repeatedly condemned Israeli provocations, warning of the dangers of continued aggression on civilian areas and national territory.
