The Iranian defense minister Amir Hatemi visited on Thursday in Baghdad the deputy chief of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandes, tackling the military cooperation between the two sides.

The meeting came in the context of several visits paid by the Iranian minister to the Iraqi military and security officials.
