Hezbollah and the Free Patriotic Movement confirmed their electoral alliance in Beirut and Baabda zones, stressing that the political understanding memo concluded between the two sides would not be affected by the elections.

Hezbollah and FPM as well as a number of other parties have formed an electoral alliance in Beirut zone during the parliamentary elections on May 6.
