On the first anniversary of 2024 Israeli ware on Lebanon, the Islamic Resistance Military Media started issuing an episodic documentary that highlights the various aspects of the Battle of the Formidable in Might.
Hezbollah Military Media affirmed that the series would not be just a presentation of events, but a historical document. Through daily episodes, it records the heroism of men who, with their blood and steadfastness, inscribed shining chapters in the history of resistance.
Battle of the Formidable in Might is the story of those who were never defeated, but who, with their blood, forged a memory of glory and immortality that will remain alive.

In response to Israeli aggression and in defense of Lebanon and its people, on Monday, October 14, 2024, the Islamic Resistance carried out thirty-four military operations, most of which targeted Israeli settlements, military sites, barracks, and gatherings belonging to the enemy forces along the Lebanese–Palestinian border, using rockets and artillery shells.
On the ground, and in fulfillment of their vow to defend Lebanon and its people, the Islamic Resistance fighters engaged in heroic confrontations with Israeli forces, who attempted multiple infiltration operations into the villages of Marwahin and Aita al-Shaab. The outskirts of these villages witnessed fierce clashes involving various types of machine guns and rocket-propelled weapons between the Resistance fighters and the advancing Israeli troops. The fighters succeeded in destroying three “Merkava” tanks and one armored personnel carrier using guided missiles.
During another Israeli infantry unit’s infiltration attempt from the direction of Marwahin, the Resistance fighters targeted it with artillery shells, causing direct hits and inflicting casualties.
As part of Operation “Khaybar”, the missile unit of the Resistance launched specialized rocket salvos, targeting the “Stella Maris” naval base south of occupied Haifa, and the “Beit Lid” barracks east of the settlement of Netanya. The missile unit also shelled several military bases, settlements, and cities in northern occupied Palestine.
The Islamic Resistance Operations Room issued a statement in which it affirmed that, due to the Israeli enemy’s continued aggression against the Lebanese people and its heinous massacres, particularly in Beirut and the southern suburbs, the Resistance leadership decided to punish the enemy, targeting one of the Givati Brigade’s camps in Binyamina, south of occupied Haifa.
In a video released by the Islamic Resistance’s War Media, titled “Our Capabilities Are in Excellent Shape”, dozens of drones of various types appeared inside one of the Resistance’s military facilities. This video served as a rebuttal to Israeli claims that they had destroyed the Resistance’s capabilities.
Meanwhile, Israeli Channel 14 reported urgent orders given to soldiers at the “Beit Lid” barracks to take cover in sewage canals for protection from Hezbollah rockets.
Israeli media pointed out that despite losses in leadership and some military equipment, Hezbollah has proven its resilience and capability to strike back and inflict damage.
The Israeli army officially announced that 16 soldiers had been killed and 305 wounded since the start of the ground incursion into southern Lebanon.
On this same day, 26 air raid sirens were sounded across various areas in occupied Palestine, especially in Galilee settlements and along the coastal line from Kiryot in the north to Netanya in the south.
