Hamas Statement
The criminal Zionist occupation’s expansion of its terrorist military operations against our Palestinian people in Gaza City – coinciding with war criminal Netanyahu and his fascist government’s announcement of a large-scale military operation in the city – is nothing but a new chapter in the genocide and systematic ethnic cleansing against our people in Gaza, further deepening the humanitarian catastrophe in the Gaza Strip, Hamas said in a statement.
“These crimes, which have violated all international norms and laws, are being carried out under the overt political and military cover of the US administration, which bears full responsibility for the consequences of this aggression. We consider it a full partner in the genocide and ethnic cleansing taking place in Gaza.”
“Under this situation, we call on the international community to take responsible and decisive decisions that commensurate with the scale of these massacres, and to force the Zionist occupation to end this war and lift the siege on Gaza.”
“We further call on Arab and Islamic nations, as well as peoples worldwide, to hold their historical, moral, and humanitarian responsibilities toward Gaza and its people who are being exterminated, to curb the behavior of Netanyahu and his fascist government, and to confront their declared expansionist plans targeting Palestine and the entire region.”
