A strike on a tent west of the Nuseirat refugee camp killed five people, according to sources at Al-Awda and Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospitals. Further north, the Baptist Hospital reported three killed and several injured after an attack on a house in Gaza City’s Al-Daraj neighborhood.

Famine Conditions Worsen
Separately, the Health Ministry announced that six people, including one child, had died from starvation and malnutrition in the last 24 hours. This brings the official number of famine-related deaths to 367 since the conflict began, 131 of whom were children.
A ministry statement noted that 89 of these deaths, including 16 children, have occurred since the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) – a global monitor for food crises – declared famine conditions in Gaza City. The UN-backed body has warned that over half a million people in the territory face “catastrophic levels of hunger.”
