Hezbollah’s Islamic Resistance in Lebanon extended its deepest condolences and heartfelt solidarity to the Yemeni people and their steadfast leadership—foremost among them, Commander Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badreddine Al-Houthi—following the martyrdom of Prime Minister Ahmad Ghaleb Al-Rahwi and several ministers from the Government of Change and Construction in a cowardly Israeli airstrike on an official government meeting in the capital, Sanaa.
In a statement issued Saturday evening, Hezbollah described the attack as a “barbaric act of aggression” and a “new crime added to the long, blood-soaked record of the Zionist entity”—a record marked by atrocities in Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, and Iran, and “stained with the blood of children, women, the elderly, and defenseless civilians.”
The group asserted that this latest attack reflects the true nature of the Israeli regime—a force of unrelenting brutality, responsible for some of the worst crimes in modern history, including genocide and collective starvation, all unfolding in plain sight of a world that remains silent and inert.

Yemen’s Role: A Model of Resistance and Sacrifice
The statement praised Yemen’s unwavering and courageous presence on the frontlines of solidarity with Palestine, describing it as “the most honest and loyal model of patience and steadfastness” in the face of blockade and aggression.
Hezbollah emphasized that Yemen’s sacrifices in support of Gaza and its efforts to break the siege stand in stark contrast to the silence of the international community, which has failed to act in the face of Israel’s ongoing massacres.
Martyrdom Will Only Strengthen Yemeni Resolve
Hezbollah expressed its firm belief that this crime will only deepen the determination of the Yemeni people and leadership, strengthening their commitment to continue supporting Gaza and its resistance.
“The blood of these righteous martyr leaders will be a curse upon the Zionist entity and a banner of resistance and defiance,: the statement concluded.
