In the latest escalation of the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza, the Israeli occupation military launched a series of raids and artillery strikes across the Gaza Strip, leaving at least 4 Palestinians dead and several others injured. This comes as the United Nations warns that over 2 million Gazans are trapped in a humanitarian crisis, besieged by hunger, thirst, and disease.

The situation has been further exacerbated by the recent inclement weather, with heavy rains and winds flooding dozens of makeshift shelters housing the displaced. The Gaza Municipality warned that the mass displacement is exacerbating health and environmental crises, risking the spread of disease due to overcrowding and shortages of resources.
