Israeli occupation forces have withdrawn from the city of Jenin in the occupied West Bank early on Friday following ten days of a large-scale military offensive.
Palestinian media said that while the Israeli occupation military has withdrawn from Jenin, it was still very present in other areas of the occupied West Bank.
Palestinians in Jenin were finally able to come out of their homes and see and assess the level of damage, while those who had to leave [the city] were finally coming back, local media reported.
Palestinian Civil Defense said that as a first assessment, 25 kms of the streets in Jenin have been destroyed.
There was also a military invasion in Nablus, Tulkarm, Al-Faraa refugee camp and Balata refugee camp, where confrontations took place. Meanwhile, raids also took place in areas of Bethlehem, Hebron and Ramallah.
The aggression, which started on August 28, is said to be the largest Israeli offensive in the West Bank since the Israeli war on Gaza started on October 7.

Palestinian Health Ministry said 39 Palestinians have been martyred, and 150 others have been injured in the ten-day Israeli aggression.
Of the 39 martyrs, there were 21 in Jenin, 8 in Tubas, 7 in Tulkarm, 3 in Al-Khalil (Hebron), the Palestinian ministry added, noting that the among the martyrs there were 8 children and 2 elderlies.
The toll took to 691 the number of Palestinians martyred since the start of the war. Nearly 5,700 others have been wounded since the start of the war, according to ministry figures.
