Israeli forces go ahead with brutal aggression against Palestinian people during the Jewish holidays, with occupation police assaulting Murabitat (female defenders) of Al-Aqsa Mosque on Monday.
Videos circulated on social media showed Israeli occupation police brutally attacking the Murabitat near Bab Al-Silsilah (Chain Gate) of the holy compound.
Meanwhile, hundreds of extremist settlers broke into the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, backed by occupation forces who were heightening the security measures for the so-called holiday of Sukkot.
Witnesses reported that groups of settlers had been entering the compound since Sunday through the Bab Al-Magharbeh (Moroccan Gate). Those entering had been performing provocative Talmudic rituals in its courtyards.
