The Zionist paper Maariv conducted an opinion poll which showed that the Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu received a lower approval rating in the poll, with 36% of the public satisfied with him, 59% dissatisfied, and 5% undecided.
“Among coalition voters, 86% expressed satisfaction, while among opposition voters the rate dropped to just 11%.”
“Minister of War Yisrael Katz also received relatively low approval ratings: 32% of the public are satisfied with his performance, 57% dissatisfied, and 11% uncertain. His approval rating among coalition voters stood at 72%, while among opposition voters it was only 19%,” Maariv added
Maariv poll indicated that the Chief of Staff, Eyal Zamir, enjoys the highest approval rating among all participants, with 50% of the public expressing satisfaction with his performance, 34% dissatisfied, and 16% undecided.
“Among opposition voters, his approval rating reached 63%, while nearly half of coalition voters, 42%, also expressed satisfaction with him.”
Meanwhile, ‘Israel Today’ newspaper considered that the victory which Netanyahu promotes is against, not for ‘Israel’, giving several instances, including humiliating the army commanders, abandoning the prisoners, allowing the extremists to escape the military service, undermining the judicial system which provides ‘Israel’ with an international shield, and destroying the people.
The paper pointed out that Netanyahu is preferring to be interviewed by foreign media outlets which are not overwhelmed with the sufferings of the Israelis who lost their beloved ones and properties in the war.
Netanyahu does not want to answer the tough questions of the Israelis worried about the future of the entity, the paper added.
