Israeli occupation forces intensified their assaults across the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, carrying out fresh home demolitions and facilitating settler violence targeting Palestinian civilians and property.
The Zionist forces—accompanied by demolition vehicles—stormed on Wednesday the village of Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, to prepare for new demolitions. Palestinian sources also reported that Israeli bulldozers entered the town of Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem (Al-Quds), to carry out another demolition.
In separate raids, Israeli troops invaded the towns of Ni’lin and Turmus Ayya near Ramallah in the central West Bank. Meanwhile, occupation forces began demolishing a Palestinian home in the Al-Saraj neighborhood of Al-Walaja village, west of Bethlehem.

Widespread Attacks Across the West Bank
On Tuesday night, several areas across the occupied West Bank witnessed a wave of attacks and incursions by Israeli settlers and soldiers. The assaults resulted in injuries, arrests, and extensive property damage, while settler groups continued their repeated incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque.
In one incident, settlers attacked a young man and his mother while they were harvesting olives in the village of Farha near Salfit.
The human rights organization Al-Baydar condemned the assault, describing it as part of a systematic campaign to intimidate Palestinian farmers and prevent them from accessing their lands during the olive harvest season.
Thousands of Violations Documented
According to figures from the Palestinian Commission for the Wall and Settlement Resistance, the Israeli army and settlers carried out 2,350 violations in October 2024 alone. The highest concentration of attacks occurred in Ramallah and Al-Birah (542), followed by Nablus (412) and Hebron (401). These violations included physical assaults, arbitrary arrests, movement restrictions, home and vehicle arsons, and live-fire attacks.
Reports also highlight growing violence from extremist settler groups known as “Hilltop ”Youth”—radical organizations transforming Palestinian lands and livelihoods into zones of terror through intimidation, arson, and violent land seizures.
Military Raids in Jenin
In northern West Bank developments, Palestinian media reported that Israeli forces continued their raids in the town of Al-Silah Al-Harithiya, west of Jenin, carrying out widespread searches across residential neighborhoods. Israeli troops reportedly assaulted a young man during the raid.
According to the WAFA news agency, Israeli forces also converted two homes in the nearby town of Ya’bad into military outposts, forcing residents to evacuate. This brings to seven the total number of homes seized and turned into military positions by Israeli forces in the area.
Local sources confirmed that the latest seizures took place in the Al-Maloul area, where soldiers forcibly expelled two families before occupying their homes.

Settlers Torch Palestinian Vehicles
In another incident, surveillance footage captured settlers setting fire to vehicles belonging to the Al-Junaidi company in the village of Beit Lid, near Nablus—one more example of the expanding campaign of violence and intimidation targeting Palestinians across the occupied West Bank.
Since October 2023, Israeli authorities have conducted more than 1,000 demolitions in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, affecting around 3,700 structures, including 1,288 inhabited homes. Palestinian organizations say the demolitions are part of a systematic policy to forcibly displace Palestinians and entrench full Israeli control over the occupied territories.
