The opposition forces in the Arab peninsula issued an urgent plead to halt the executions being carried out by the Saudi regime authorities, stressing that the sectarian and political motifs,not the alleged moral issues, are behind the killings.
The Saudi authorities had executed three detainees from Qatif for allegedly joining a terrorist cell, namely Fadel bin Zaki Al Nassif, Hussein bin Ali Al-Muhaishi and Zakaria bin Hassan Al-Muhaishi.
The Saudi interior ministry claimed that the martyrs carried out armed attacks on security men and posts.
Saudi Arabia announced on Monday it executed two Bahraini men, Jaafar Sultan and Sadeq Thamer, after allegedly being convicted of “belonging to a militant group wanting to destabilize the two Mideast kingdoms,” according to a statement by Saudi Interior Ministry.
