The Bahraini regime is seeking to hide its heinous image based on human rights violations by holding a dialogue forum alleged to be chanting coexistence slogans.
One of the most prominent figures attending the forum was the Pope who called on Al-Manama regime to end the human rights violations.
After meeting with the Bahraini King Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa, Pope underlined the importance of sustaining equality and religious freedom.
Pope, who arrived in Al-Manama on Thursday, also indicated that Yemen is a tortured country, adding that the war there will lead to the victory for any of the battling parties.
Human Rights Organizations said that the Pope must call on the Bahraini regime to cancel the capital punishment and release the political prisoners.
Religious scholars imprisoned by the regime in Bahrain had demanded Pope to be the voice of right in face of the Bahraini authorities injustice.
For his part, Grand Imam of Egypt’s Al-Azhar Sheikh Ahmad Al-Tayeb welcomed holding a dialogue with Shia scholars, underscoring the importance of frustrating sedition.
