Lebanese President Michel Aoun discussed on Thursday the proposed government line-up with Prime Minister-designate Najib Mikati.

Mikati visited Aoun at Baabda presidential palace and made no statement following the meeting, National News Agency reported.

“Ideas and suggestions were discussed during the meeting, noting that another meeting will be held between President Aoun and PM Mikati at the beginning of next week, to complete deliberations and consultations,” NNA reported, citing the Lebanese Presidency.
