Media advisor to Hamas political bureau chief, Taher Al-Nono, revealed on Sunday that some parties contacted the movement’s leader Ismail Haniyeh with the aim of containing the situation and avoid further deterioration of the situation coinciding with the launch of the Israeli “Flag March”.
According to Al-Nono, Haniyeh responded back by vowing that what happened in occupied Al-Quds and the Al-Aqsa Mosque will not be forgiven.
The Hamas leader stressed the Resistance will continue its path until it uproots the Israeli occupation of Palestine and occupied Al-Quds.
Al-Nono pointed out that Haniyeh refused to give a pledge or guarantees to any party about the developments of the situation in Palestine, adding that the events that coincided with the Israeli “Flag March” were an attack on every Muslim and free person in this world.
On Sunday, occupied Al-Quds witnessed a state of upheaval as a result of attacks by the Israeli occupation forces and settlers in occupied Al-Quds, coinciding with the launch of the Israeli “Flag March”.
