Israeli occupation police laid on Friday siege to a house of Salam Palestinian family in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in the occupied city of Al-Quds.
Palestinian sources said the move will be followed by the eviction of the Palestinian family and then the possible demolition of their house.
Palestinian media reported that occupation forces brutally attacked a Palestinian woman at the area, noting that Palestinian residents clashed with IOF there.
Meanwhile, Deputy Mayor of Al-Quds’ (Jerusalem) occupation municipality Aryeh King arrived at Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood to oversee the eviction of the Palestinian family.
Occupation municipality workers then cordoned off the area where Salem family’s house lies, and prevented Palestinian residents from approaching it, Palestinian media reported.
Earlier on Wednesday, Israeli occupation police forcibly removed the Salhiyeh family from their home before demolishing their property.
Hundreds of Palestinians in Sheikh Jarrah and Silwan have been facing forced expulsion by occupation forces from homes in East Al-Quds.
