Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) said body of stabbed soldier found in a West Bank settlement in the early hours of Thursday, adding that ‘massive’ manhunt was underway.
Israeli media said a soldier was stabbed to death and his body found near the so-called Kibbutz Migdal Oz settlement.
Ynet reported that the soldier was not in uniform at the time of the attack, adding that occupation forces are conducting a ‘large-scale’ manhunt for his killer.
Israeli occupation “police and Shin Bet security service have been brought in to conduct searches throughout the Etzion area” south of Al-Quds (Jerusalem) for the suspect, according to Jerusalem Post.
“The army is becoming more convinced that the soldier had first been abducted and that he had not been murdered at the site where his body was found,” Ynet said.
