Syrian Arab Army has continued operations targeting positions of “Nusra Front” terrorists and the groups affiliated to it in the countryside of Hama and Idlib in response to their frequent breaches of the de-escalation zone agreement.
In Idlib countryside, SANA reported that the army units on Tuesday carried out precision operations on the directions of al-Nusra terrorists’ movement in al-Habbit to the northeast of Kafar Naboudeh, which was liberated by the army a few days ago, and Khan Sheikhoun which is located on Damascus-Aleppo international highway where large numbers of terrorists are positioned.
The reporter mentioned that the operations resulted in killing and wounding many terrorists and destroying dens used to store weapons and attack the army points and safe villages.
In Hama northern countryside, the reporter stressed that intensive strikes were carried out on the fortified positions of the terrorist groups in al-Latamina, Kafar Zeita, al-Arba’en and az-Zakat.
The strikes ended up with eliminating many terrorists and destroying their dens and sites.
On Monday, units of the army foiled an attack by terrorist groups from” al-Ezza Brigades” and “Nasra Front” on safe areas in northern Hama.
