Several people were martyred injured in two terrorist bombings in Hama on Monday.

SANA news agency reported that at least two persons were killed and many others were injured in the attack which took place in al-Assi Square in Hama city.

A source at Hama Police Command told SANA that a terrorist suicide bomber blew himself up in al-Assi Square and then after 15 minutes another terrorist, wearing explosive device belt, blew himself up.

The source said that due to the two terrorist bombings, two persons were killed, 12 others were injured and material damage was caused to the place.

Shortly following the bombings, ISIL Takfiri group said it was responsible for the attack.
