Hamas on Wednesday denounced as “treacherous escalation” the Israeli aggression which killed at least 100 people on Tuesday and Wednesday, stressing that the Palestinian Resistance group won’t allow the occupation to impose new equations under fire.
In a statement, Hamas said the “treacherous escalation against our people in Gaza reveals a clear Israeli intention to undermine the ceasefire agreement and impose new equations by force.”
It lashed out at US’ complicity in the Israeli aggression, saying that Washington “is providing {Israeli PM Benjamin} Netanyahu’s fascist government with political cover to continue its crimes.”
“The US administration’s biased stance towards the occupation constitutes actual complicity in the bloodshed of our children and women, and direct encouragement for the continuation of the aggression,” Hamas stated.

The resistance group affirmed that the Israeli occupation “bears full responsibility for this dangerous escalation, its field and political consequences, and the attempt to thwart {US President Donald} Trump’s plan and the ceasefire agreement.”
“The world must understand that the blood of our children and women is not cheap, and that the resistance – in all its factions, which has committed to the agreement with a responsible will and remains committed to it – will not allow the enemy to impose new realities under fire.”
Hamas also called on the ceasefire mediators and guarantors to “assume their full responsibilities regarding this aggressive escalation, and to immediately pressure the occupation government to stop its massacres and fully comply with the terms of the agreement.”
