Former Hezbollah Minister Mustafa Bayram emphasized on Wednesday that resistance is not just slogans, but rather a way of life built on dignity and honor.
Addressing the Israeli enemy, he said, “We will fight you with our hearts, and as Imam Moussa Al-Sadr said, with our teeth and nails, because weapons are the adornment of men.”
Bayram’s remarks came during a memorial service of Hezbollah martyred commander Ali Nayef Ayyoub (Abu Hasan Ammar) and martyrs of Zefta and Qssaibeh southern towns.
He added, “In a time when the weak are disrespected, it is our duty to be dignified and honorable before our enemies.”
“The resistance is a combination of awareness, faith, piety, organization, and perseverance. It is not limited to one party, but rather encompasses Hezbollah, Amal Movement, and all resistance fighters from all walks of life, becoming a national culture and school of thought,” the former minister of labor stated in remarks carried by Al-Manar.
He said that all attempts by the enemy to break the will of the Lebanese people have failed.
“There is no room for despair or division. The resistance will remain steadfast, as it has stood firm throughout history against all oppressors,” Bayram stressed.
He addressed Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu as saying: “Did you think that by killing these people you were done? Each one of us became Hassan Nasrallah and each one of us became Hashem Safieddine.”
