Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani maintained that the Israeli aggression on Doha is blatant, treacherous, cowardly and seeks to undermine negotiations to end the war on Gaza.
Addressing the Arab-Islamic Summit held urgently on Monday in the Qatari Capital, Sheikh Tamim indicated that the safe Qataris were surprised by the Zionist aggression on Hamas headquarters.
Qatar mediated the prisoner swap deals which liberated Israeli captives in the context of reaching a permanent ceasefire in Gaza, Sheikh Tamim said, adding that the Israeli targeting of Hamas negotiating team indicates the absence of any will of ending the war.
The Qatari leader affirmed that the Israeli enemy seeks displacing the Gazans and imposing new realities on the Arab countries, stressing that the partition scheme in Syria will not pass.
Sheikh Tamim also underlined the Israeli attacks on Lebanon despite the Lebanese government approval of a US proposal, warning against the civil war scheme.
Sheikh Tamim underscored that Qatar will take all the necessary measures against the Israeli attacks, warning against the extremist conduct of the Zionist government.
The Lebanese President Joseph Aoun addressed the summit, affirming that the Israeli aggression on Qatar undermines the efforts to reach “solutions through dialogue”.
President Aoun underlined the Arab unity in face of the Zionist aggression, calling for a unified stance that affirms endeavor to reach peace at the United Nations.

Iran President Masould Pezeshkian asserted that Israeli aggression on Doha violated all the red lines, and all Arab and Islamic countries might be attacked by the enemy.
The Lebanese President Joseph Aoun said, “Our people have got fed up with our condemnation statements.”
