A Lebanese citizen was martyred on Thursday as the Israeli enemy has stepped up violations of the ceasefire that ended the brutal Israel 66-day war on Lebanon in late 2024.
Al-Manar correspondent reported an Israeli drone strike on a motorcycle on the road linking Ain Baal to Aiteet southern towns. The strike took place early on Thursday, our correspondent added.
The Lebanese Health Ministry announced later that the strike has killed a citizen.

Earlier at dawn on Thursday, Israeli occupation forces blew up and totally destroyed a school for students with special needs, our correspondent reported.

Elsewhere in Bekaa, Al-Manar reporter said an Israeli strike targeted the area of Al-Shaara in eastern Bekaa.
The Israeli enemy continues to bomb Lebanon, mainly the country’s south, almost daily and maintains occupation over five posts along the southern border, in violation of a ceasefire deal reached following a brutal 66-day Israeli war between September and November 2024.
In addition to the Israeli violations, the Lebanese State has been subjected to unprecedented pressure by the United States, the first sponsor of the Zionist entity, to disarm Hezbollah.
